• Trip details such as pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, and passenger counts

• Basic website usage data such as IP address and pages visited

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Prepare and deliver charter quotes and reservations
• Confirm bookings and send trip details, driver and vehicle information, pickup times, and delay or schedule change notices
• Coordinate with you and your group during active trips
• Process payments and issue invoices and receipts
• Respond to questions, service requests, and support inquiries
• Meet our record-keeping obligations as a motor carrier regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the U.S. Department of Transportation

Text messaging and your opt-in information

Information may be shared with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as our messaging provider or customer service platform, solely so we can deliver the messages you requested. Those parties are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.

How we share other information

We may share information as needed to provide service—for example, with the driver assigned to your trip, with a payment processor, or with an affiliated carrier if your trip requires additional equipment. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or a regulatory or safety investigation.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing info@texastransportation.com or calling 214-807-7811. Deletion requests are subject to records we are required to retain under federal and state transportation regulations.

Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
